We can't tell if this is actually cool or not, but if you're going to parody, you might as well parody the best. In the finest spirit of paying tribute to the intersection of hip-hop and finance comes "The New Dork: Entrepreneur State of Mind," which uses a certain recent chart-topping hit to sing the praises of the Web economy and the nerds who provide the elbow grease to make it all happen.

It's a product of online comedy crew the Pantless Knights. A hipster doofus in Hova-style glasses and facial hair that looks like the skin disease our childhood dog died from name-checks Facebook, Twitter kingpin Ashton Kutcher and various gadget-geek Web sites; meanwhile, a series of absurd tech-dweeb photos (Steve Jobs circa 1976, Google's wonder twins circa 2005 and even, hey, Suge Knight and Donald Trump) tells a potted history of the digital economy. Then, as the chorus swells, a buxom hottie in librarian-porn glasses and a tube top two sizes too small rocks out on the keyboard to bring it all to the tearjerking finale: "Welcome to the future! This is how people start businesses! Do what you love!" Right on, sister.

Decades from now, when you're drinking on your yacht and your kid wanders by to ask what life was like when you first got started in business, call this video up on your poolside hologram machine and let it roll. It'll explain everything.
